How we handle information provided by Subscribers to our Advertising Services (Suppliers of event services, furniture & equipment)
When you subscribe to an advertising package through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, company name, billing address and email address.

Your payment information is handled via Stripe. Please view Stripe’s Privacy Policy. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Your contact data for our marketing and communication purposes is collected via Mailchimp. Please view Mailchimp’s Privacy PolicyWe do not sell, or share your information with third parties, unless instructed to do so by law.

Data Handling Specific to Users of the Site [visitors looking for event furniture & equipment]
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and the information you provide when requesting quotes, or setting up Mood Boards.

We use the Information that we collect generally to fulfil any requests for quotes placed through the Site and to retain custom Mood Boards for your personal use. Additionally, we use this Information to:
– Communicate with you;
– Provide your quotation request to the Suppliers you selected
– Screen our site for potential risk or fraud; and
– When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. This is on an opt-in basis.
– Note that a quotation request is sent in its entirety to Suppliers. 

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We use Device and Personal Information to deliver targeted and re-targeted advertising on marketing and social media channels, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Linkedin and Google Display Adwords.

We do not sell your data. We share your Personal Information with third parties to provide a quotation service. For example, we forward your quote requests and contact details to suppliers of hire equipment as selected by you.

We use WordPress and Woocommerce to power our online platform. We also use Dokan Multivendor to onboard suppliers and provide dashboard functionality. You can view Dokan’s privacy policy here. We use Mailchimp to hold personal data of Site Users and Subscribers to our Newsletter and Advertising Packages. We only use this data to communicate with you if you have opted-in to receiving marketing information from us.

As stated above, we use Stripe, for managing accounts and data of Subscribers to our Advertising Packages. 

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. When you place a Quotation Request or set up an Account on the Site, we will maintain your Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We may also delete this information if the Account has been dormant for an extended period.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
